Yes, I can attest to that Craig. Swinging a 90lb tire + probably another 90lb in swingout arm weight to the downhill side when teetering at the margin to get your recovery gear out?

Yeah, you just sit tight pinned by your seatbelt at 30+ degrees and we'll recover you with our gear.

It's a Dixon Bate Tow Jaw. A friend picked it up for me when he was in the UK. I think they also sell them at Expedition Exchange.
