tons is a bit (quite a bit) of the stretch but there are few essential things (lockers, gears, suspension, upgrades) but you won't find anything like bolton SAS kits, aftermarket suspension arms or alike, t-case doublers etc. Monteros are very stout trucks, most components are very heavy duty and overbuild. I also have 97 Land Cruiser which is undeniably good rig but I still like Montero no less.

Midwest point of departure was Kansas City.

Aloha!

I'm a Norwester in Hawaii.  My trucks include:

1972 Land Rover SIII Lightweight

and a 1999 Montero Sport Limited.  Hopefully I'll be returning to the PNW in 2010.

Thanks

Stacy

Mahalo. Thanks for telling us about your truck. I've always liked the lightweights. Look forward to seeing them in person when you are back on the mainland.
