Wow, as always, a great read.
The "new from the trade" section has some very cool new gear out.
I will link to some of the gear.

Surefire Saint headlamp

Trailcharge solar power panel

Now I dig the above.
It can keep an ARB/Engel fridge running by itself during the day, or just hook the unit up to your battery to keep it topped off while using a fridge for an extended trip.

Auspit
Battery operated BBQ cooker
Video on this page

Brunton Brewfire

Campchef Oven propane
Seen it before, but worth a posting again.

Cool stuff huh?
I really like the solar panel, will have to read up more on them.

The surefire Saint and the trailcharge look interesting, but the other items look to big relative to the convenience the offer. Although I'm intrigued by it, I'm not sure about the surefire Saint headlamp...

I'm sure it is "bright enough to blind attackers" but for camping/expedition use it uses proprietary (non-rechargeable?) batteries and is quite large.
