In Ben's thread about lifting his D2 there was some talk about tire rub and whatnot.  I had been fairly ambivalent about the whole thing and I figured that if I heard a rub, I'd back off in the parking lots but keep the stops where there are in case I need it on the trail.  Well...today I noticed that when I am at full lock my tires can pinch and compress the brakelines.  Both sides have some minor crimpage.  The brakes are just as crappy as they have always been but now I guess I have a good reason to adjust the stops.
